Timely alerts for people who live alone or need continuous support.
Elderly people living alone and people with serious health problems or disabilities can be at risk without anyone knowing. A fall or a long period without movement may go unnoticed for hours.
Each beneficiary receives a lightweight wristband. When it detects a possible fall, prolonged immobility or unintentional wandering, or when the wearer presses the emergency button, the responsible municipal service is notified and can act immediately. Designated relatives can also be alerted, including by automated voice call.

GUARDIAN is based on ALVIA®, a wellbeing monitoring platform for older people. ALVIA® began as an SCMS module and grew into an independent product, with a wristband and home hub, fall and inactivity detection, and automatic notification of family members.
Through the SCMS Marketplace it returns to the platform as GUARDIAN, for the municipality's elderly support services. It does not run as a separate system. It uses the same users, the same notifications and the same dashboard as every other SCMS module.

Fall detection
Sudden movements consistent with a fall are identified and, where necessary, reported.
Prolonged immobility
Unusually long periods without movement are detected and the competent service is notified.
Panic button
One press notifies the responsible officer or service and sends a distress signal to designated relatives.
Unintentional wandering
Where the municipality runs the City App, the device can be set to search mode to help locate a beneficiary.
Voice alerts
Text-to-speech calls deliver alerts to people who need to act.
