SCMS PROTECT lets the municipality register incidents on the map and inform the people they affect, from simple notices to crisis instructions. Incidents can be entered by staff, received from external sources or created automatically by connected sensors. On supported devices, critical alerts are delivered even when the phone is in Do Not Disturb or silent mode.
